By using the Speard mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Assumption of Risk

Spearfishing and freediving are inherently dangerous activities that may result in serious injury or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

The App is for informational and community purposes only and does not constitute professional instruction or safety guidance.

Dive Buddy Feature

We do not verify users. You are solely responsible for evaluating any dive partner.

4. Fishing Regulations Disclaimer

Information provided in the App is for educational purposes only and may not be accurate or up to date. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

6. User-Generated Content

Your Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit.

License to Speard

By posting content, you grant Speard and Steelmind Software LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from your content for any purpose, including operating, improving, promoting, and marketing the App.

This includes use in advertising, promotional materials, social media, and other commercial uses without compensation to you.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any laws or rights of others.

Moderation

We may remove or restrict content and suspend accounts at our sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, engage in illegal activity, or interfere with its operation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Speard from any claims arising from your use of the App, your content, or your activities.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement.
